Reichel/Pugh 35M Superyacht

The Design Unlimited team have been delighted to work on a collaborative concept project with legendary US Naval Architects Reichel/Pugh Yacht Design. The 35M Superyacht Interior is inspired by the combination of natural materials with modern manufacturing techniques to create crisp, clean, sculpted architecture whilst retaining the natural beauty of the grain and texture. The tactile organic materials create a calm relaxing ambiance while the latest technology on board is seamlessly integrated, the indirect LED lighting in particular is precisely recessed into the joinery and often combined with natural copper to diffuse the lighting. The interior will be constructed using carbon fibre, and foam cored structure and will be complemented by the use of the latest technology in light weight sound deadening making capable to race or cruise at the owners request.

The fully glazed saloon ceiling is the stand out feature of this concept connecting the occupants with the environment whilst maintaining privacy while at dock. The use of glassing also extends to the lower cabins with large hull ports and skylights provide natural lighting to the lower accommodation. Two general arrangements are being offered providing prospective clients a choice of layout. The first features a forward master suite with Cinema snug, dayhead and twin cabin. Aft accommodation features Generous VIP cabin and midships galley with crew quarters further aft. The Second arrangement features a large full beam master suite with walk-in wardrobe aft, VIP and twin cabins at midships and crew accommodation just forward of the Galley and TV snug/4th Cabin.
