Venetian House resides on South Venetian Way, in Florida’s sunny Miami Beach.
Built by Sabal Development with architecture by Togu Design, the Design Unlimited studio were tasked with bringing this luxury waterfront property to life with their interior design.
The client’s brief for this palatial pad, which spans 7,411sq.ft, was for a Miami beach house vibe – effortlessly cool, and inspired by Miami’s most luxurious hotels, though with more natural influences.
Design Unlimited drew inspiration from Miami icons like the 1 Hotel to create a luxurious, modern home. The open-plan living space features distinct areas for lounging, dining, and cooking, with a neutral palette accented by metallics and oceanic tones.
Outdoor spaces include a garden with a BBQ grill, infinity pool, and boat dock. The master suite offers stunning views and luxurious amenities. Guest bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and balconies. The roof features shaded lounge areas, an al fresco dining table, and another infinity pool.
This chic, stylish home redefines modern Miami living.
